Picture's Worth a 1000 Words

Last week, billionaire David Koch (thanks to whom we have the Tea Party and its lunacies) threw a $50,000 a plate fundraiser for Mitt Romney.  Why not?  A range of folks showed up to protest the crazy money that has unraveled American confidence in government.

Is there any doubt that big money--big corporate money, big special interest money--is wreaking havoc on our political process?  Professor Lawrence Lessig of Harvard says this: "I think the only effective reform is to get a system where the money that funds congress, the “funders,” are basically the people, as opposed to the funders being separated from the people."
