Jester Hairston: Then and Now

I wandered into a Sunday afternoon street fair today--and a huge children's choir singing Jester's "Amen!"  We sing this tune almost every Sunday in Santa Cruz, as a blessing on the children and teachers going off to classes and activities.  My friend Earle Lapp tells me that he and Jester were friends in the day and worked together!  

Two very different settings here: Jester's in Germany and the Greek choir of kids in Thessaloniki!  What joy!
