Omar Barghouti could not travel. His life has been threatened. But he spoke to us nonetheless. His appearance, by video link, was a highlight of last weekend's "Justice for Palestine" conference. Again and again, he returns to international law. Again and again, he returns to human rights. "BDS is not just a morally consistent volunteer-based movement that is anchored in international law, it is seriously effective." One can respond to Omar's passion, to his argument, in a number of ways; but this seems clear. He is morally consistent.
