SEEKING SAFETY: One Man's Journey

From the Fairfiield Inn...
To a warm, open and welcoming home...

After 21 months as a prisoner of conscience--21 months in jails and prisons all over the country--Mr. Nsai is an honored guest today, welcomed and cherished among us, and safely at home with a beloved church family here in New Hampshire.  There is much work still to do: lawyers working for his permanent release, advocates pushing for his asylum status.  And we are fully invested in the kind of partnership that makes Mr. Nsai's freedom not just a promise, but a full reality for years and years to come!  Special thanks to the brave friends of the Immigrant & Refugee Support Group (of the United Church of Christ) and the Seacoast Interfaith Solidarity Coalition (here on the coast)...and to the generous and courageous team at the Community Church of Durham (UCC).

Forward together!  Not one step back!
