This is the point of war: to move people out of land we want to control, to frighten whole communities into accepting their lot as the dispossessed. There will never be, and can never be, "pure" nations of particular tribes and races. We were created for one another, to be different in proximity to one another, to work out respect and governance and shared purpose. Together. So this is a failed program. Always has been. Always will be.
